The Texas Quarter Horse Amateur Association is a group of non pro riders who promote programs for all levels of AQHA competition on the Novice, Limited, Select and Amateur divisions. The Amateurs offer a year-end awards program and sponsor the Texas Amateur State Championships, one of the largest Amateur AQHA shows in the nation.
