The Texas Quarter Horse Association produces:

• The Texas Classic in Fort Worth, the largest regular AQHA show in Texas.

• The Texas State Championship Show in Waco in conjunction with the Texas Amateur Association.

• Two State Novice Shows and Clinics

Approximately fifty other AQHA shows in Texas are approved by TQHA. Points earned at these shows are used for both Texas Youth and Amateur Programs. Novice Youth and Novice Amateurs are able to qualify for the prestigious Champion of Champions Invitational only at these shows.

TQHA Show Department is also involved with other Texas Horse Related Programs such as Therapeutic Riding Programs, Special Olympics, and TQHA programs such as TLC.

The Show Department hosts educational seminars across the State helping both beginner and experienced horsemen learn more about the different aspects of the horse industry.
